Description:
Maroon Swoon® weigela is a hybrid shrub that prefers full to part sun. Ornamental features include red trumpet–shaped flowers blooming from the summer to early fall. The flowers abundantly bloom and attract pollinators. The foliage is dark green with serrated leaf margins. This shrub has a medium growth rate and mounded form. It is tolerant of urban pollution and inner city environments. In the winter, it is best to apply mulch in cold regions
