Common Characteristics:

Leaves are glossy, oval, and dark green and turn yellow and orange in the fall. Clusters of showy white flowers with purple anthers bloom in spring out of pink flower buds. Its non-edible fruit is a small yellow pome that usually only grows when a different pear pollinator is nearby. This variety has good resistance to fire blight and is tolerant of urban pollution.
