Description: 

Tiger Eyes® cutleaf staghorn sumac is a cultivar of staghorn sumac (R. typhina). It is smaller than staghorn sumac, reaching 6 ft tall and wide. The foliage is a bright yellow-chartreuse, turning orange and scarlet in the autumn. It can form large colonies by root suckers, but less so than other sumacs. Some minor pests and diseases include: mites, aphids, caterpillars, rusts, cankers, and powdery mildew. It is tolerant of poor soils, poor drainage, and urban conditions.
